1. Shipping Coverage and Availability

We provide shipping services to all 48 continental United States states from our professional warehouse facility located in Hayward, California. Our strategic West Coast location allows for efficient distribution and optimized delivery times to most major metropolitan areas across the country.

Currently, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories due to specialized shipping requirements for refrigerant products. International shipping is not available at this time.

All orders must include a valid street address. We cannot ship to PO Boxes due to carrier restrictions on hazardous materials.

2. Processing Times

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped the same business day, subject to product availability and payment verification.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

Custom orders or products requiring additional handling may require 1–2 additional business days. Customers will be notified of any delays.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Delivery times begin from the shipment date, not the order date.

Standard Ground Shipping (4–7 business days)
Economical option suitable for non-urgent orders.

Express Shipping (2–3 business days)
Expedited service for time-sensitive deliveries.

Next-Day Delivery (1 business day)
Available in select areas for orders placed before 12:00 PM PT. Additional fees apply.

Freight Shipping (3–10 business days)
Available for bulk and pallet-sized orders.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions

  • Destination zip code

  • Selected shipping method

  • Hazardous material requirements

Free standard shipping may be available on qualifying orders over $500 within the continental United States (excluding special handling and remote areas).

Additional fees may apply for remote locations or special delivery requirements.

5. Hazmat and Regulated Shipping

Many refrigerant products are classified as hazardous materials and are shipped in compliance with DOT and EPA regulations.

  • Hazmat fees apply where required

  • Ground shipping only (no air shipping for regulated products)

  • Proper documentation and safety data sheets included

Our team follows strict compliance procedures to ensure safe and legal transportation.

6. Packaging and Protection

All products are packaged using industry-standard protective materials.

  • Reinforced shipping cartons

  • Secure container stabilization

  • Palletized freight shipments for bulk orders

  • Protective wrapping and cushioning

Original manufacturer packaging is preserved whenever possible.

7. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

You can monitor your shipment directly with the carrier using the tracking number provided.

8. Delivery Requirements

Most shipments require a signature upon delivery.

Deliveries are typically made during standard business hours:

Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (local delivery time)

Saturday delivery may be available in select areas for an additional fee.

9. Inspection and Damage Claims

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.

If visible damage is present:

  • Note it on the carrier receipt before signing

  • Contact us immediately

For concealed damage, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Do not discard packaging until the claim is resolved.

10. Weather and Carrier Delays

Delivery times may be affected by weather, natural disasters, or carrier disruptions beyond our control. We will communicate known delays promptly.

11. Address Changes

Shipping address changes must be requested before the order is shipped. Once in transit, modifications may not be possible or may incur additional fees.

12. Returns Related to Shipping

Return shipping instructions will be provided upon authorization.

A return authorization must be obtained before sending any products back. Products must be securely packaged and shipped using a trackable method.
